The highest quality processes are applied to Heraeus Medical Components’ manufacturing systems, and have been officially certified by outside quality systems auditors. Heraeus Medical Components manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001:2000 and/or ISO 13485: 2003 certified. Individual sites are certified to meet local requirements.
Individual process controls, reliable product and material traceability, online SPC, and stringent systems controls at each step of manufacturing have earned Heraeus Medical Components Division “Dock to Stock” supplier status for components with several customers.
