We are a very high volume producer of complex wire components. Starting with specialized straightening processes we control the stiffness and torque response of the components. Our precision grinding and ball tipping as well as bending and heat setting give the device your required shape. To complete assemblies like stylets we join aluminum or plastic handles to the end. Automated assembly lines make this process reliable and highly cost efficient. For active devices We assemble wire, coil and tube with the necessary machined and/or molded components for the handle in order to provide you with a complete delivery system.
